At Shatta Fashion®, we’re committed to providing you with a satisfying shopping experience. Please review our return and refund policy to better understand the conditions that apply to your purchases.

📌 Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. After this period, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

  • ✔️ The item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • ✔️ A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • ✔️ Some items are non-returnable, including:
    • • Personalized jewelry
    • • Used, damaged, or incomplete items
    • • Gift cards

📌 Important: Once the package is accepted from the courier, the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

💰 Refunds

Refund Conditions

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a store credit of the refund amount will be applied to your Shatta Fashion® account for future purchases.

Refund Timeline

🔄 Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

Partial Refunds May Apply

  • ❌ Returned items that are opened or used → 70% refunded as store credit
  • ❌ Items showing signs of wear or damage (unless it’s our fault)
  • ❌ Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted or refunded

📦 Sale or Promotional Items

❌ Sale or promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email us at contact@shattafashion.com.

🎁 Gift Returns

  • 🎁 If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
    • ✔️ You’ll receive a gift credit once your return is received.
  • 🎁 If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver:
    • ✔️ The refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

We operate multiple warehouses. The return address will be provided by email after your return request is submitted.
Please follow the instructions we send for returning your item. 😊✨

  • 📌 Return shipping costs are your responsibility and non-refundable.
  • 📌 For items over €75, we recommend using tracked or insured shipping, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
