A customizable product is a standard item to which you can add your personal touch by choosing specific visual elements. You can:

Select the color of the logo on clothing and accessories.
Add custom text to certain products (eg jackets, t-shirts, sweatshirts).

👉 Can't find the customization option on a product? Only items that mention "Customizable" in their description are eligible.

🎨 Personalization: How Does It Work?

1️⃣ Choose your product

Browse our collection and select an item marked “Customizable” .

2️⃣ Modify to your taste

Depending on the product, you will be able to:
✔️ Change the color of the logo to fit your style.
✔️ Add personalized text (initials, first name, inspiring phrase, etc.) to certain products.

💡 Real-time preview : A preview will allow you to see the rendering before validation.

3️⃣ Validate and order

Once you are satisfied with your customization, add your item to the cart and finalize your order.

4️⃣ Production & Shipping

Our teams manufacture your custom piece. An additional period of 2 to 3 working days is to be expected for the production of your customization, before shipping.

📦 Estimated delivery:

France & Europe : 2 to 7 working days after production.
DOM-TOM & International : 7 to 18 working days after production.

⚠️ Conditions of Personalized Products

⏳ Manufacturing times

Personalized items require an additional 2-5 business days to manufacture, in addition to standard shipping times.

❌ Returns and Refunds

As personalized products are made to measure , they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded , except in the event of a manufacturing defect or error on our part .

🔄 Order Cancellation

A custom order can only be cancelled within 12 hours of its validation . After this period, manufacturing begins and no modifications will be possible .

Before validating your order, please check the spelling and the chosen color . Shatta Fashion® cannot be held responsible for errors in the customer's choices.
